Getting started

Is it useful on the first day? Yes. Ask anything and you get general guidance, labelled as such. With every record, answers move to your own data, and Morning tells you when.

Do I need a prescription to use it? No. Morning is for people considering, starting, on, maintaining, pausing or after a GLP-1.

Is it in Spanish? Yes. The whole app, in English and Spanish, from day one.

How do I start? Download Morning from the App Store and follow onboarding: it asks where you are with a GLP-1, then your medication, and sets your first targets from your own numbers.

Do I need Apple Health? No, but connecting it lets steps, workouts, active energy and weight flow in automatically instead of manual entry.

GLP-1 & dosing

Does Morning tell me what dose to take? No. Morning logs the dose and schedule you and your clinician set, and reminds you on shot day. It never recommends a dose change.

What is the projection I see in onboarding? An estimate drawn from published trial means (SURMOUNT-1, STEP 1). It says so on the screen, and your actual result will differ.

What happens if I describe something serious? Morning recognises it before answering and shows who to call, with the number for your region. It does not try to handle it for you.

Is it a medical device? No. Morning does not diagnose, treat or give medical advice. It is a companion: it helps you ask, log and understand.

Do I need a device? No. Apple Health is optional and read only. Other devices come with the next release and will be named here when verified, not before.

Health data & privacy

Who can see my data, and what goes to the AI provider? Only your account. When you use Coach, the specific data behind your question goes to our AI provider to answer it, under an agreement that forbids training on it; Apple Health data never leaves. Your Duo, if you add one, sees only what you switch on, category by category, never labs, meals or Coach conversations. See the full privacy policy.

Is my data sold or used to train a model? No, never.

Account & billing

Is there a free trial? Yes — 7 days of everything, then $12.99/month or $79.99/year (prices may vary by region).

How do I cancel? Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, at least 24 hours before renewal. See the full terms.

Can I export or delete everything? Yes, from inside the app. Export gives you a JSON file. You › Privacy and data › Delete my account removes your account and your records now and checks every table afterwards; two external services confirm within 30 days. There is no undo.
