Backed byThe Residency Our manifesto

No one should start a GLP‑1 alone.

Hey there,

We believe GLP-1 medications are transformative. They are the biggest change in weight care in a generation, and we have seen it up close: we have been on them ourselves.

The medication works. But almost everything around it is left to you. A prescription, a pen and a follow-up in three months, and the rest is on you.

What it actually feels like

Feeling lost. The first weeks bring questions nobody prepared you for, and no one to ask.

Not knowing if you are eating well. Nothing sounds good, so you eat less, and you cannot tell if it is enough, or enough protein to keep your muscle.

Side effects with no answers. Nausea on day two, a rough week after a dose increase, and only forums to tell you whether it is normal.

A scale that stops making sense. It drops fast, then stalls, and you cannot see what is actually working.

The medication does the appetite. Nobody was helping with the rest.

Why we built Morning

So we built the companion we wished we had. Morning knows your dose, your meals and how you feel, and turns them into one clear thing to do today. It answers your questions with your own records in mind, and it is there before your first dose, through the hard first weeks, and long after.

We want everyone on a GLP-1 to have the best journey they can: eating well when appetite is gone, getting through side effects with answers, keeping their muscle, and walking into every appointment with better questions.

We built it in the summer of 2026 at The Residency, with advisors from Harvard, Georgetown, Imperial and Emory checking our thinking.

What we believe

  1. 1Muscle matters as much as the scale.Protein and strength keep the loss on the fat's side, not your muscle's.
  2. 2Small steps beat big plans. One thing a day, said kindly. "34 g of protein to go, here are three ways." Never "you failed."
  3. 3A hard week is just a week.Nausea, stalls and missed days are part of it. Your score never punishes you for them.
  4. 4Your clinician decides.Morning logs your plan and helps you ask better questions. It never recommends a dose.
  5. 5Honest about what we know.General guidance is labelled as such. Anything about you rests on your own records.
  6. 6Your data is yours.Never sold, never used to train a model, and yours to export or delete.

Every day, not every three months

Your doctor sees you every few months. A GLP-1 is lived every day: at 7 am on shot day and at 10 pm when nothing sounds good. That is where Morning is, in English and in Spanish.

Our mission is simple: help everyone on a GLP-1 have the best journey they can, and come out of it stronger, not just smaller.
